Healthy Soft Fudgy Protein Brownies (4-Ingredients!)


So Cuddles has been attempting to eat healthier but his soul dies a little every time he tries. I've decided that I need to help him satisfy his sweet tooth without jeopardizing his efforts in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Proud to say that my little experiment with this soft fudgy Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie turned into a huge success! I mean I could really tell by how well it was received by Cuddles and our friends. This sweet decadent dessert is super easy to make and has only 4 main ingredients!

Here're the reasons why I consider it healthy:

- no sugar added

- no oil added

- flourless

- high in protein

- contains fresh fruit

- totally heals the soul

HEALTHY SOFT FUDGY BROWNIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

2 cups mashed bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 packet Z-Whey protein (choc flavour)

1 to 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate pieces

pinch of salt

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking pan with baking paper.

2. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender for a smoother texture.

3. Pour the mixture into pan and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Place cooled brownies into the fridge for at least 2 hours for best results.

* Brownies will stay fresh in an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or up to 2 months in the freezer if they last til then*
